RETURN POLICY

Due to the nature of custom printed items, we cannot accept returns or exchanges of any items unless the merchandise is misprinted, damaged or defective as a result of an error on our part! If you have approved your e-mail proof and discover an error after your order is printed that you missed during the proof process, we can't accept responsibility for that!

If we are responsible for any of your items being misprinted, damaged or defective in anyway, please contact us immediately at returns@originalpartyposters.com or call us at 1866-600-party. We will be happy to arrange for a return, reprint or credit. Please include your order number with all correspondence.
